Great Britain and Scotland's Megan Keith joins us ahead of the UK Athletics Championships in Birmingham, where the 24-year-old will be back to target another European medal this summer - a few weeks after another home event at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Megan's been in terrific form in 2026, breaking the Scottish record at the Diamond League meeting in Oslo and impressing with a third place finish at the New York City Half Marathon March.
It's been great progress from the Scot, who's bounced back from injury heartbreak at the Paris Olympic Games to establish herself as one of Britain's most exciting endurance athletes on the circuit.
