Dathan Ritzenhein | On Athletics Club head coach and world medallist

The former elite marathoner turned mastermind of the On Athletics Club joins Hannah to talk about his coaching philosophy, managing different personalities and the practicalities of coaching athletes across different disciplines.

Dathan won bronze at the World Half Marathon Championships and finished as the top American at the Chicago and New York City Marathons, but now he’s responsible for a stable of athletes who mostly train in Boulder, Colorado - like Hellen Obiri, Yared Nuguse and Geordie Beamish.
